KobyBrandt ::: Favorites I saw in the video that the thing that really amazes you is how far out of wack our priorities are (with respect to Afghanistan). The thing that really amazes me is how out of wack just about ALL of our priorities appear to be! The War on Drugs, the War on Terrorism, etc. The War on Violence will probably be next (note the oxymoron and that the slogan is a possible candidate for Orwellian NewSpeak). America needs to get its priorities straight and very well-defined. 07-06-09 18:30:49 _____________________________________________________
wogsland ::: Favorites I'll look forward to that! 07-06-08 14:59:19 _____________________________________________________

woodlandpoet ::: Favorites Very valid point Wogs. I might add that a narcotics agent once told me the rat posion is used to make the marijauna stronger but this young man anger the wrong people. On the other hand as a former education teacher I have seen the damage that illegal and legal drug abuse can have on the future generation. 07-06-07 23:21:47 _____________________________________________________
wogsland ::: Favorites That rat poison case is an excellent example of why we need to bring the drug trade out of the shadows - think of the 7 people who died from cyanide laced Tylenol in 1982. Johnson & Johnson recalled $100 million worth of Tylenol and added bottle anti-tamper safety measures to save their good brand name. 07-06-07 17:51:25 _____________________________________________________

blondst3r ::: Favorites the world would be so beautiful if everyone just smoked some pot <3 07-06-07 15:52:46 _____________________________________________________
woodlandpoet ::: Favorites I have mixed feelings about anything related to the "war on terrorism", Iraq, and Afganastan. As you may know I come from a military family. I currently have a brother-in-law stationed in Afaganastan as we speak. As far the farmers rights to protect thier crops again mixed feelings. On one had they need to make a living but other hand drugs can seriously destroy lives. I like the way you explore things from a historical point of view. 07-06-07 15:36:43 _____________________________________________________
woodlandpoet ::: Favorites Interesting points about the illeagalization of certain substances. I would like to add that not only does the prices of those substances go up (when made illegal) so do the danger factors. Is this an argument for the legalization of drugs? No, just an observation. I knew a young man had brain damage because smoked marijauna laced with rat poison. 07-06-07 15:17:36 _____________________________________________________
