I'd propose to leave the Luthor monologue as in the DOnner Cut, minus the toilet joke, then have the deleted scene with Luthor and the alfa waves, making it more full a version of the scene, and more Donner-esque. kigawman ::: Favorites Wow! Lex Luthor here played by Gene Hackman seems to have met Jor-el played by Marlon Brando. What's inconsistent now with the movies is the fact that when Lex Luthor played by Kevin Spacey in Superman Returns seems to have never met Jor-el in the first place.
