wodanowitz ::: Favorites 2007-01-31 18:55:06 thats awesome! What kind of lockers did the first Eagle in this video have? As normaly they only have a central visco locker wich gives power to front or rear axle where traction is needed. __________________________________________________
nsjames ::: Favorites 2007-02-05 13:22:30 super sweet. What size swampers after the SFA? __________________________________________________

81eagle ::: Favorites 2007-02-15 10:44:30 The black car has a Lock-Right in the rear and a modified dana 35 Quick-Loc in the dana 30 carrier for the front. __________________________________________________
amceagle80 ::: Favorites 2007-02-15 22:31:37 what year is the car?does it have 'select drive' or the automatic 4wd with the amc 119 transfercase(a.k.a. viscuos coupling/locker)? __________________________________________________
81eagle ::: Favorites 2007-02-16 16:47:29 I swap the t-cases out for the FSJ Grand Wagoneer NP229's. So the car is still "selectrac", but has full lock-up in lowrange. __________________________________________________
amceagle80 ::: Favorites 2007-02-16 23:12:04 low-range is nice. __________________________________________________
LIVEVILIVE ::: Favorites 2007-02-18 20:13:56 Them Sx4's and Eagles were tough as nails.AMC made the first compact SUV! __________________________________________________
81eagle ::: Favorites 2007-02-19 13:40:40 Gotta have it! __________________________________________________
ChevelleSSLS6 ::: Favorites 2007-03-26 01:45:37 I always had an appreciation of the eagles; isn't the XJ (cherokee) based off what was learned from the eagle in terms of development? __________________________________________________
81eagle ::: Favorites 2007-03-26 13:00:38 I believe so. Except the Eagle has a MUCH stouter unibody when it comes to the sub-frame sections, and the sub-frames are squared as opposed to round like the XJ so the Eagle is much easier to build off of in my opinion. Thanks for posting! __________________________________________________ |
