lkahara ::: Favorites I can tell you that the Kenyan government does care. They only recently introduced free primary education. A few years ago they went out and got all the street kids they could get and put them in a shelter that was made to cater for them. lkahara ::: Favorites But many of the kids ran away from the shelters as they were too acustomed to their ways of life of the streets. There is also the problems of corruption in the country. But please keep in mind, that even though this is a sad reality of my country Kenya, it isn't the only thing about the country.
