Description:

Download high-quality widescreen version here: http://www.mediafire.com/?55dm0j9jni2 This is a retelling of a certain pair's three months on Brokeback Mountain--Swan Lake style! Oh the drama! Tchaikovsky (Mr. Nutcracker himself) was the epitome of tormented gay composer, and if he had written Swan Lake nowadays I doubt he would've used a prince and princess... he'd use boys like Jack and Ennis! :) *cough* Listen to the music...it is their relationship to a tee...everything in seemingly slow motion at first...fading to black...young boys' confusion...all is unsure...until BAM! Who's on first?

wow! that video gave me goosebumps. i LOVE that ballet! even though the two stories seem similar i think the modern mind would assume that. swan lake is more poignant and symbolic. BB is what it is. both are beautiful but different w/ likenesses. i hope that made sense.

Wonderful! Though most people think Tchaikovsky chose the stories for his balletts I don't think that was the case; he was commissioned to write the music just as Santaolalla was commissioned for the music on this project. Thanks for uploading and keeping it up!

Ah, I use fade to black as a tool in this one, in classical music it helps the images flow better (to me anyway)... I'm gonna check your vids out when I get home from work! :)
